Danish flowers, gibberish and some thrifting

Larie!

I was the proud owner of a Larie! (freely translated as gibberish) bracelet already, but I simply couldn’t resist this beautiful one with fox heads (and one chicken – that poor chicken!). It’s made of real leather which gets this beautiful wear over time, another reason why I really felt I wanted to own it, heehee. It is designed and handmade by Alja and available here along with a lot of other great stuff. I met up with her and my other dear friends Diana, Michelle to catch up again and to go on a little thrift tour together. We should do that way more often, but our busy schedules often don’t allow us to, which gives days like these something extra-special. I thrifted the placemats and tablerunner with (if I’m not mistaken) embroidered Lis Paludan flowers along with some baby-related bits and bobs (with which I won’t bore you this time). We had dinner at De Hip in Deventer, a restaurant where you eat their biological regular daily menu for just € 11,50. I’ve had meals in way more expensive restaurants that didn’t taste as delicious so if you ever visit the city of Deventer I can strongly recommend it!
